Il fonctionne de fa\u00e7on autonome et on l\u2019oublierait presque, mais 1\/5 de notre sang sert \u00e0 irriguer notre cerveau. Celui-ci se reconfigure constamment. Jamais au repos, il est confront\u00e9 chaque jour \u00e0 de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences dont certaines seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9es et d\u2019autres oubli\u00e9es. Sa cellule principale est le neurone. Le cerveau humain en contiendrait environ 90 milliards. Chacun est reli\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreux autres. Ainsi la totalit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau neuronal \u00e9tablit des millions de connexions. Cela fait de notre cerveau le syst\u00e8me le plus complexe de l\u2019univers.<\/p>\n<h4>Chouchouter son cerveau, c\u2019est capital<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"justify\">Durant toute notre vie, nous n\u2019aurons pas d\u2019autres neurones que ceux que nous avions \u00e0 la naissance. Ceux-ci communiquent entre eux via des neurotransmetteurs qui sont des mol\u00e9cules chimiques qui permettent la transmission de l\u2019influx nerveux. Plus de 100 neurotransmetteurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverts \u00e0 ce jour, et des liens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablis entre le dysfonctionnement des neurotransmetteurs et certaines maladies (Parkinson, Alzheimer, schizophr\u00e9nie\u2026). On peut ainsi dire que notre cerveau est capital et qu\u2019il faut en prendre soin, le cajoler, le chouchouter\u2026<\/p>\n<h4>Adopter une routine sans prise de t\u00eate<\/h4>\n<p>Pour prendre soin de son cerveau au quotidien, rien de compliqu\u00e9, mais une routine sans prise de t\u00eate et de bons r\u00e9flexes \u00e0 adopter pour pr\u00e9server son bon fonctionnement et am\u00e9liorer sa qualit\u00e9 de vie. Vous ne savez pas par o\u00f9 commencer, voici quelques id\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>faire travailler sa m\u00e9moire en s\u2019exer\u00e7ant au quotidien (m\u00e9moriser les num\u00e9ros de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone de vos proches, adresses\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>se prendre aux jeux de r\u00e9flexion (mots crois\u00e9s, mots fl\u00e9ch\u00e9s, sudoku\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>nourrir son cerveau \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019aliments bienfaisants*<\/li>\n<li>m\u00e9diter afin de calmer le flot de pens\u00e9es et acc\u00e9der \u00e0 plus de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>*Ses aliments qui vous veulent du bien<\/h4>\n<p>Notre alimentation a un r\u00f4le clef dans le bon fonctionnement de notre organisme et de notre cerveau. Rien d\u2019\u00e9tonnant \u00e0 ce que certains aliments soient plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques que d\u2019autres. Parmi nos recommandations :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les om\u00e9gas 3.
