Par cons\u00e9quent, cela entraine de nombreux bienfaits sur la sant\u00e9 physique, mentale et \u00e9motionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Cette technique repose uniquement sur un contr\u00f4le de votre respiration en position assise. Ainsi, cette m\u00e9thode r\u00e9gule votre niveau de stress.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comment \u00e7a fonctionne\u00a0?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le c\u0153ur communique directement avec le cerveau via un r\u00e9seau complexe de neurotransmetteurs. En agissant sur le rythme cardiaque, il est donc possible d\u2019envoyer des messages au cerveau.<\/p>\n<p>On distingue 2 grands syst\u00e8mes nerveux\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>-L\u2019un est volontaire, le syst\u00e8me somatique<\/p>\n<p>-L\u2019autre est involontaire, le syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome<\/p>\n<p>Ce dernier est compos\u00e9 du parasympathique et de l\u2019orthosympathique.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9sonance cardiaque vise \u00e0 harmoniser le syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome (SNA).<\/p>\n<p>Sch\u00e9matiquement, l\u2019orthosympathique est le syst\u00e8me qui pr\u00e9pare l\u2019action (vasoconstriction, mise en tension du corps, dilatation des pupilles, acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration cardiaque et respiratoire, arr\u00eat de la digestion, concentration des liquides\u2026) alors que le parasympathique est le syst\u00e8me du repos (d\u00e9tente musculaire, vasodilatation, apport de liquides, phase de digestion\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Notre vie consiste en un savant \u00e9quilibre entre ces deux phases\u2026. Cependant parfois l\u2019un prend le pas sur l\u2019autre et le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre apparait\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Et la respiration dans tout \u00e7a\u00a0?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019inspiration stimule l\u2019orthosympathique et l\u2019expiration le parasympathique.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, la respiration est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par le syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome et le syst\u00e8me nerveux somatique. Il est donc possible de contr\u00f4ler le syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome par cette voie.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le principe\u00a0:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>365<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 fois par jour, 6 respirations par minute, 5 fois par jour.<\/p>\n<p>On entend par respiration\u00a0: 5 secondes d\u2019inspiration profonde abdominale et 5 secondes d\u2019expiration profonde comme si on avait une pate macaroni dans la bouche.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pourquoi ces chiffres\u00a0?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019on respecte cette fr\u00e9quence de respiration on atteint l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9quilibre de coh\u00e9rence cardiaque. C\u2019est une des m\u00e9thodes qui permet de l\u2019atteindre, et cette fr\u00e9quence respiratoire est commune \u00e0 tous. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une constante physiologique.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rythme \u00e0 suivre<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019effet principal \u00e9tant la r\u00e9gulation du taux de cortisol, il est int\u00e9r\u00e9ssant d\u2019effectuer la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance le matin au lever, car c\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment que le taux de cortisol est le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 physiologiquement. La dur\u00e9e d\u2019action de la coh\u00e9rence cardiaque \u00e9tant d\u2019environ 4 \u00e0 6 heures, il est souhaitable d\u2019effectuer la suite environ 4 heures apr\u00e8s de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer la digestion et gommer les \u00e9v\u00e8nements du matin.
