Il existe tellement d&rsquo;huiles diff\u00e9rentes, qu&rsquo;il est parfois difficile de s&rsquo;y retrouver&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques huiles d\u00e9crypt\u00e9es sp\u00e9cialement pour vous&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles huiles appliquer sur la peau?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au niveau cutan\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les huiles riches en om\u00e9ga 9 (Avocat, Ricin)&nbsp;: sont nourrissantes et assouplissantes pour la peau (int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les peaux tr\u00e8s s\u00e8ches ou cheveux cassants). Notons que l\u2019huile d\u2019avocat est riche en vitamine A, B, D, E H et PP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les huiles riches en AG satur\u00e9s (beurre de coco ou karit\u00e9)&nbsp;: permettent de cr\u00e9er une barri\u00e8re protectrice (int\u00e9r\u00eat si crevasse ou pour cr\u00e9er un bouclier protecteur des agressions ext\u00e9rieures (froid par exemple).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les huiles avec un rapport om\u00e9ga 3\/om\u00e9ga 6 \u00e9lev\u00e9&nbsp;: favorisent l\u2019\u00e9quilibre inflammatoire (Rose musqu\u00e9e, Argan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les huiles avec un rapport om\u00e9ga 6\/om\u00e9ga 9 \u00e9lev\u00e9&nbsp;:&nbsp;&nbsp;favorisent l\u2019hydratation de la peau en am\u00e9liorant le ciment intercellulaire (Bourrache, Calendula, Onagre).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u2019autres huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales poss\u00e8dent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la plante dont elles sont issues&nbsp;:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ainsi, l\u2019huile de calendula sera cicatrisante et adoucissante (c\u2019est l\u2019huile des b\u00e9b\u00e9s par excellence)<\/li><li>L\u2019huile d\u2019arnica aura, elle, des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u00e9contracturantes musculaires. Elle convient donc aux sportifs, ainsi que dans tous les probl\u00e8mes musculo- ligamentaires.<\/li><li>L\u2019huile de germe de bl\u00e9 est quant \u00e0 elle tr\u00e8s riche en vitamine A, D, E et K. Par cons\u00e9quent, elle s\u2019utilise \u00e0 chaque&nbsp;fois que la peau est tr\u00e8s s\u00e8che ou abim\u00e9e (ecz\u00e9ma, dartres) car elle est r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice du tissu cutan\u00e9, assouplissante et&nbsp;adoucissante. Elle est grasse et se conserve mal.<\/li><li>L\u2019huile de calophylle est excellente en cas d\u2019o\u00e9d\u00e8me. En effet, elle poss\u00e8de des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s drainantes circulatoires li\u00e9es \u00e0 ses qualit\u00e9s toniques et protectrices des capillaires sanguins.<\/li><li>L\u2019huile de millepertuis, de couleur rouge, est une mac\u00e9ration de feuille dans de l\u2019huile de tournesol. Elle est dot\u00e9e de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-inflammatoire et d\u00e9congestionnnante (entorse, tendinite, probl\u00e8me circulatoire). C\u2019est un excellent cicatrisant en cas de brulure ou de peau rougie, ou bien en cas de circulation sanguine difficile\u2026. Cependant, photosensibilisante, il faut \u00e9viter l\u2019exposition solaire apr\u00e8s application.<\/li><li>L\u2019huile d\u2019argan, compos\u00e9e principalement d\u2019w9 et d\u2019w6,&nbsp;a donc une action tonifiante et reg\u00e9n\u00e9rante de la peau. Elle restaure le film hydrolipidique de la peau et fournit les \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels aux cellules de l\u2019\u00e9piderme. Cela lui conf\u00e8re des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti \u00e2ge exceptionnelles.<\/li><li>L\u2019huile de jojoba est l\u2019huile des peaux grasses car elle n\u2019obstrue pas les pores de la peau et conserve le film hydrolipidique. Par cons\u00e9quent, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des huiles essentielles, elle est l\u2019alli\u00e9 des peaux \u00e0 tendance acn\u00e9ique.<\/li><li>L\u2019huile de ricin, est selon mon usage r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux soins des phan\u00e8res (sourcils, ongles) parce qu\u2019elle favorise leur pousse.<\/li><li>L\u2019huile de noyau d\u2019abricot est mon huile pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e pour v\u00e9hiculer les huiles essentielles. Peu grasse, sans odeur, elle p\u00e9n\u00e8tre facilement et s\u2019adresse aussi bien aux b\u00e9b\u00e9s qu\u2019aux adultes.<\/li><li>Enfin, l\u2019huile de Rose musqu\u00e9e riche en&nbsp;w3 et&nbsp;w6 s\u2019adresse aux peaux exigentes, matures qui ont besoin de retrouver fermet\u00e9 et souplesse.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales sont \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier par voie orale et pour quelle utilisation?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> Les huiles ont des compositions bien diff\u00e9rentes et donc des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s vari\u00e9es. Leur utilisation se fera via l\u2019alimentation dans la cuisine, en veillant \u00e0 ne pas les&nbsp;<strong>chauffer<\/strong> ou par absorption orale pure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On distinguera les huiles riches en&nbsp;w6 et celles riches en&nbsp;w3. On gardera en&nbsp;m\u00e9moire la n\u00e9c\u00e9ssit\u00e9 de&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/coach-sante-nature.fr\/index.php\/2019\/06\/17\/les-bienfaits-des-huiles-vegetales\/\">transformation enzymatique<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/coach-sante-nature.fr\/index.php\/2019\/06\/17\/les-bienfaits-des-huiles-vegetales\/\"> <\/a>et de comp\u00e9tition entre les deux s\u00e9ries d&rsquo;Omega .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On veillera, \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer ses apports et \u00e0 garder \u00e0 l\u2019esprit que la toxicit\u00e9 d\u00e9pend de la dose utilis\u00e9e et donc que tout exc\u00e9s est n\u00e9faste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les huiles riches en&nbsp;<strong>w<\/strong><strong>3&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Huile de noix, de colza, chia, de chanvre, de lin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les huiles riches en <strong>w6&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Huile d\u2019onagre, bourrache, ma\u00efs, tournesol, p\u00e9pin de raisin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales les plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es dans leur rapport&nbsp;w3 et 6&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Huile de Colza et de Noix.
